Pedro Fernandez de Mesa Vargas He is a Civil Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He is the CEO of the Agricultural Exploitation and is in charge of identifying new business opportunities, setting purchasing and sales policies, assessing risks, planning in the short and medium term, investment decisions, crop plans, search for efficiency and creating the team necessary to put the plan into practice.

Francis Fraga He is an Agricultural Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and is in charge of Purchases and Sales, field notebooks, regulatory compliance (environmental, health, occupational risks), treasury management and cost accounting and monitoring of the profitability of the different crops. Work together with the CEO in the execution of the plans set.

Bibiana Fernandez de Mesa Vargas He is an Agricultural Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and is in charge of providing technical support based on his deep knowledge of the agri-food sector.

Gabriel Gonzalez He is an Agricultural Engineer from the University of Córdoba and monitors cereals, cotton, olive groves and sunflowers.

Henry Pena He is in charge of the Agricultural Exploitation and a fundamental pillar of it. Among other tasks, it performs the following functions:
  • Supervision of agricultural work
  • Coordination of crews of workers
  • Control of the farm's machinery park
  • Execution of technical tasks
  • Support in quality work
  • Periodic data report (work reports, irrigation reports)

Antonio Munoz is the person in charge of payroll management and personnel administration.

Each horticultural crop as well as citrus fruits are monitored by a technician with extensive experience in each of these crops. The technician recommends fertilization plans, application of phytosanitary treatments, risk plan and optimal times for planting as well as harvesting.

Carlos GaiteIt is in charge of financial accounting and preparation of accounts.

We also have a highly qualified and versatile team at the foot of the field made up of Tractor Operators, Phytosanitary Applicators, Pruners, technicians for the maintenance of tractors, tools as well as irrigation infrastructure and laborers.
