The Cereals They are monocotyledonous herbaceous plants with an annual vegetative cycle. They are grown for their grains, which are characterized by having an albumen with a high starch content. At Mingaobez we grow WHEAT Y CORN


The legumes they are the fruit or pod of plants in the botanical family Leguminosae. They are usually cultivated to use their seeds for food, due to their high protein content. At Mingaobez we grow peanut , pea either broad beans . They are nitrogen fixing crops.


At Mingaobez we also grow roots and tubers For human consumption. The tuber is the part of the plant that grows below the surface of the soil, whose main function is to store nutrients, energy and water to guarantee survival during periods of drought or the winter months. Among the tubers grown in Mingaobez are the potato and the onion .


The industrial crops they are herbaceous crops whose product requires a previous industrial process for its final use. The seeds of oil plants are included as Sunflower Y Rape which are also grown in Mingaobez.


Vegetables include species intended for human consumption that have a horticultural nature and are obtained both in horticultural cultivation and in farmland; here roots and tubers such as potatoes are excluded. At Mingaobez we grow Spinach.


Regarding the botanical families of the different crops, we never repeat crops of the same family:
